This high-impact leadership role oversees the technology strategy, platform engineering, and execution behind Citi’s global wholesale lending and credit lifecycle ecosystem, including loan origination, servicing, syndication, collateral management, and workflow

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in software engineering or tech leadership.
• Strong background in Wholesale Lending with familiarity of loan platforms.
• Expertise in full-stack and distributed systems, modern frameworks, and event streaming.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy, platform engineering, and execution for WLO platforms.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams across on-site Mississauga and global pods.
• Champion AI-driven engineering, CI/CD gating, and test automation.
