Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering or leadership experience.
• Strong Wholesale Lending domain background and loan platforms knowledge.
• Expertise in modern languages and distributed systems.
• Experience with microservices, Kafka, and event streaming.
• Cloud/DevOps with containers, CI/CD, and IaC practices.

Responsibilities

• Head technology strategy, platform engineering, and execution for WLO systems.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with product, risk, and architecture teams.
• Champion GenAI tooling, copilots, and automated CI/CD gating.
• Enforce scalable architectures, APIs, and resilient event-driven pipelines.
• Build and mentor high‑performing teams at the Mississauga site and globally.
