Job summary

OCS Ontario Cannabis Store is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management to lead the Transformation Office’s project management function in Toronto. You will guide Project Managers, align cross-functional teams, and drive disciplined delivery across initiatives, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and benefits are realized.

You will build governance, reporting, and risk management capabilities while mentoring teams and partnering with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders to achieve

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP certification preferred.
• 7+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years leading projects and project teams.
• Experience with complex, cross-functional initiatives in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of governance, reporting, and financial management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Resource projects effectively by partnering with Program Managers and overseeing delivery across portfolios.
• Establish and improve project management frameworks, standards, tools, and governance.
