Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central).
• Strong knowledge of MRP, inventory management, and purchasing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingualism (French-English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing from local and international suppliers.
• Plan procurement needs using MRP and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Obtaining quotes and negotiating prices, delivery times, and purchase terms.
• Tracking orders until delivery.
• Maintaining procurement data in the ERP.

Your Role

You will work directly with our suppliers to ensure component availability, on-time delivery, and inventory optimization.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Purchasing from local and international suppliers.
• Plan procurement needs using MRP and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
