Job summary

Nelson Motors and Equipment is seeking a strategic, customer-focused leader to oversee precision agriculture operations across five locations in southeast Saskatchewan. The Corporate Precision Agriculture Manager will drive the John Deere Precision Agriculture strategy and related technologies to strengthen the customer experience and dealer outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in an agriculture-related role, preferably in agronomy or precision farming.
Proven leadership skills managing a team to deliver results.
Post-secondary education in agriculture technology, agriculture business, mechanization, agronomy or equivalent preferred.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft 365 and dealership precision ag platforms.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to five dealer locations across southeast Saskatchewan.
Eligible to work in Canada with occasional travel to the United States.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of integrated precision agriculture solutions across the organization.
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow department sales and profitability.
Monitor KPIs such as engaged acres, technology adoption, utilization and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing, customer support, operations and corporate teams to drive improvements.
Develop staff and foster accountability and engagement across locations.
