Mafra Talents is hiring a Head of Performance Marketing for a hands-on role spanning Canada and the United States. This senior seat focuses on building in-house paid media capability and owning campaigns with a meaningful annual budget, reporting to the Marketing Director.
You will run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, optimize budgets, generate leads, and measure performance with GA4.
Our client is a well-established private education provider working with young children and their families. With a growing network of locations across Canada and the United States, they are recognised for a distinctive curriculum that blends academic foundations with creative and enrichment learning.
They are hiring a Head of Performance Marketing to take hands-on ownership of paid media across both markets.
Paid media is run in-house, and this role is central to building that capability further. You will own campaign performance across both markets with a meaningful annual budget behind you.
You will be in the platforms yourself: building campaigns, testing creative, moving budget, diagnosing what is not working and reporting on what is. You will set the performance strategy and work alongside a paid media specialist and an SEO specialist.
This is a senior hands-on role reporting to the Marketing Director, with no direct reports. You own the work yourself.
You will own paid media end to end for a premium, purpose-driven brand across two countries, working on distinct audiences with genuinely different buying journeys. Real ownership, direct access to leadership, and the freedom to run the accounts your way rather than defending them to a client every week.
If you are coming from agency, this is the chance to go deep on one brand you can believe in, and to see the outcome your campaigns create.
$90,000 – $100,000 CAD per year plus benefits. Hybrid working model based in Vancouver. Ideal start date September.
Our client is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. Accommodations are available on request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process.
