Job summary

Pathlion is seeking a Performance Analyst to join our Toronto team. The role focuses on designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, data models, and KPIs to enable leadership and business users to self-serve data.

You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and data teams to integrate data from multiple sources, optimize reports, and implement data governance, access controls, and scalable reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Ability to translate business requirements into reporting specifications.
• Strong data governance and KPI definition skills.
• Proficiency with SQL and data integration across systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain end-user and developer documentation.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPIs and trend analyses.
• Collaborate with PMO, Finance, IT and other stakeholders to integrate data requirements.
• Develop ad-hoc analyses and recurring reports for decision making.
