Job summary

Ontario Health is offering a permanent full-time role focused on performance management and funding allocation within the Toronto region. You will drive accountability, partner with health service providers, and support system improvements to achieve equitable outcomes.

The role requires a Master’s degree and strong experience in healthcare performance, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement. In-office work model with Ontario-wide eligibility and a commitment to inclusion.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Health Administration or healthcare field or equivalent work experience.
• CPA designation is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management and monitoring for Health Service Providers across sectors.
• Administer accountability agreements, including work-back planning and documentation.
• Provide subject matter expertise on performance measurement, funding allocation, and risk insights.
• Use data and financial analysis to support funding processes and program directives.
• Build trusted relationships with HSPs, Ontario Health teams, and partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and health equity across the region.
• Support risk management, audits, and regional planning activities.
• Lead committees and planning groups as required.
• Develop tools and reporting resources to support decision-making.
