Job summary

Ontario Health is seeking a Lead, Performance, Accountability & Funding Allocation to oversee performance management for Health Service Providers across sectors. You will administer accountability agreements, support funding processes, and build trusted relationships with ministries and regional partners to drive equity and value.

Requirements include a Master’s degree (MBA/Health Admin) with 5–7 years of related experience; CPA is a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required, preferably in business/health administration.
• 5–7 years of HSP operational management, performance, and financial analysis experience.
• CPA designation is a strong asset.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and health system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management and monitoring for Health Service Providers across sectors.
• Administer accountability agreements, work-back planning, and issue escalation.
• Provide SME on performance measurement, funding allocation, and risk.
• Use data/financial analysis to support funding processes and reallocations.
• Build relationships with HSPs, Ministry, and regional partners to align goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and health equity.
• Support risk management, audits, and internal planning groups.
• Develop tools and reporting resources to aid decision-making.
