About the Company
The ideal candidate is serve as the lead marketing executive. You will manage all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations in line with our objectives.
We operate two high-traction platforms:
- www.moken.io – our community management tool where users track, optimize, and share performance insights across DePIN projects. Moken is home to over 100,000 active users per year, making it one of the most used tools in the DePIN ecosystem.
- www.heliumdeploy.io – our e-commerce store offering curated mining hardware bundles, onboarding support, and exclusive perks. Helium Deploy is the preferred e-commerce provider in the DePIN space, serving over 15,000 clients to date.
We’re a lean team and move fast. This role is for someone who thrives with autonomy and wearing multiple hats. You’ll have support from design, product, and leadership, but you’ll also be expected to run projects end-to-end, especially in the early days. In a few areas, we expect the candidate to be hands-on — writing, planning, and executing — while also managing deliverables with team resources like our graphic designer and video producer to bring creative assets to life.
Responsibilities
- Partnership marketing
- Working with partner networks to plan joint campaigns, negotiating deals and incentivizing push/cooperation
- Media outreach (PR)
- Craft narratives, pitches, and gain media attention from DePIN and crypto space
- Social strategy & Content
- Lead video & design creators in creating assets for website, social, & email promotions
- Affiliate management
- Coordinate with top affiliates, negotiate deals, ensure timely promotion with drops
- Lead Martin in ensuring influencer participation and timing
- Promotion & budget management
- Responsible for CAC, budget distribution, ad spend budgeting
- Lead the ad specialist in promoting the right content at the right time
- Lead generation
- Funnel design/management/Conversion optimisation/Copy Writing
- Email marketing
- Campaign thinking & ownership
Requirements
- 4+ years in content marketing, influencer management, or community building
- Strong writing skills and brand voice sensibility
- Experience using tools like Notion, Webflow, Figma, or email platforms like Klaviyo or ConvertKit
- Comfortable with fast-paced, async startup environments
- Bonus: Familiar with crypto, DePIN, or Web3 communities
