Oratomic is seeking a Head of Inventory Operations to build and lead the systems that underpin our hardware work. Based onsite in Pasadena, CA, you will manage receiving, tracking, storing equipment, and ensuring stock flows smoothly into our labs.

You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, facilities, and science teams to prevent bottlenecks, automate processes, and scale operations as we advance toward a fault-tolerant quantum computer.

Oratomic is on a mission to build the world's first fault-tolerant quantum computer.

We’re looking for a Head of Inventory Operations to build and lead the systems that underpin our hardware operations and streamline building the quantum computer. You will spearhead inventory and materials operations across the company, from receiving, tracking, and storing equipment to managing stock levels and the flow of materials into our labs. You’ll work closely with engineering, procurement, facilities, and scientific teams to anticipate needs, prevent bottlenecks, and develop increasingly sophisticated operations as Oratomic scales.

Compensation:

• $200,000-$300,000/year depending on experience
