Job summary

Oratomic, Inc. is seeking a Head of Inventory Operations to design and lead the systems that support our hardware development and scale our quantum computer program.

This role drives end-to-end inventory and materials management, from receiving through to storage, stock control, and material flow into labs, ensuring seamless operations as the company expands. You will collaborate across engineering, procurement, facilities, and scientific teams to forecast needs, avoid bottlenecks, and implement

• Build and lead the systems that underpin our hardware operations and streamline building the quantum computer.
• Spearhead inventory and materials operations across the company, from receiving, tracking, and storing equipment to managing stock levels and the flow of materials into our labs.
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, facilities, and scientific teams to anticipate needs, prevent bottlenecks, and develop increasingly sophisticated operations as Oratomic scales.

We’re looking for a Head of Inventory Operations to build and lead the systems that underpin our hardware operations and streamline building the quantum computer. You will spearhead inventory and materials operations across the company, from receiving, tracking, and storing equipment to managing stock levels and the flow of materials into our labs. You’ll work closely with engineering, procurement, facilities, and scientific teams to anticipate needs, prevent bottlenecks, and develop increasingly sophisticated operations as Oratomic scales.

Compensation:

• $200,000-$300,000/year depending on experience
