Oratomic is seeking a Head of Talent to build and lead our recruiting efforts as we grow toward a world-class quantum computing team. You will oversee the full hiring process, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding, partnering with scientists, engineers, and operations to plan headcount and establish scalable recruiting processes.

This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to attract top talent for breakthrough quantum work.

Oratomic is on a mission to build the world's first fault-tolerant quantum computer.

We're looking for a Head of Talent to build and lead our recruiting efforts as Oratomic grows. You will oversee the entire hiring process, including finding and screening exceptional candidates, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and onboarding new team members. You'll work closely with our scientists, engineers, and operations team to identify hiring needs, develop recruiting processes, and help us assemble an exceptional team to build the world's first fault-tolerant quantum computer.

Requirements:

• Works well in a highly collaborative team environment

Compensation:

• $200,000-$300,000/year depending on experience

• Benefits (health and dental coverage, 401K, unlimited PTO, paid family leave, visa sponsorship)

• Equity
