Oratomic, Inc. is seeking a Head of Talent for onsite work in Pasadena, CA. You will build and lead recruiting efforts, overseeing sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding to assemble a world-class team for a fault-tolerant quantum computer.

The role requires collaboration with scientists, engineers and operations, developing scalable recruiting processes and identifying hiring needs. Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $300,000 per year with benefits and equity.

Oratomic is on a mission to build the world's first fault-tolerant quantum computer.

We're looking for a Head of Talent to build and lead our recruiting efforts as Oratomic grows. You will oversee the entire hiring process, including finding and screening exceptional candidates, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and onboarding new team members. You'll work closely with our scientists, engineers, and operations team to identify hiring needs, develop recruiting processes, and help us assemble an exceptional team to build the world's first fault-tolerant quantum computer.

Requirements:

Compensation:

• $200,000-$300,000/year depending on experience
