Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR operations experience.
• Experience leading HR teams and partnering with senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws across jurisdictions.
• Hands-on with Workday HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized HR operations across benefits, compliance, and HR systems.
• Provide HR support to Perseus Head Office, including onboarding, offboarding, and file management.
• Oversee compliance, audits, and policy documentation across jurisdictions.
• Partner with Finance and HR leadership on compensation structures and benchmarking.
• Represent Perseus on CSI HR committees and manage vendor relationships.
