Job summary

CFMWS seeks a General Manager/Superintendent to oversee all golf course operations, turf maintenance, contracts, facilities, and food and beverage services. Lead marketing initiatives and event planning while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or college diploma with related field and golf course management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, manage and evaluate all golf course operations including turf maintenance, golf contracts, and facilities.
• Develop and implement local marketing and promotional programs and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
• Consult with club committees to prepare event schedules and review operations to propose business strategies for profitability.
• Coordinate food and beverage services and asset management including procurement.
