The successful candidate will play a key role in driving innovation across our retail offering, influencing capital projects, developing franchise and third-party relationships, and leading the execution of business strategy across. This role will also provide leadership, coaching, and development to operational teams while ensuring alignment with overall business and financial objectives.

What You Should Have

• An undergraduate degree and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of retail department operations.
• Strong knowledge of Profit & Loss.
• Strong knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong relationship-building skills and knowledge of franchise and third-party relations.
• Excellent business and financial acumen.
• Knowledge of corporate and franchise store operations.
• Ability to inspire, influence, coach, and develop team members.
