Job summary

GreenShield Canada is seeking a Director, People Operations & Solutions to lead payroll, case management, service intake, and knowledge management while steering the Workday AMS governance and analytics-enabled initiatives. This role focuses on building efficient processes, enabling scalable operations, and delivering insights to drive the workforce strategy.

The position reports to the EVP, Head of People & Culture, and requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience with

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Technology, Data Science, or related field.
• Certifications in Project Management, Change Management, BI Tools or Analytics are assets.
• Proficiency in English and strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll, case management, service intake/routing, knowledge management, controls, issue resolution, and service quality for employees and leaders.
• Own Workday AMS governance, releases, and alignment with People & Culture priorities.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements, automation, digital solutions, and analytics-enabled ways of working.
• Provide leadership, prioritization, coaching, and delivery oversight for the People Operations & Solutions team.
• Develop and implement the technology strategy and ensure ongoing solution maintenance.
• Govern data, reporting and analytics to support workforce planning and organizational design.
