Job summary

Convverge is seeking a Modern Work Systems Analyst to design and deliver Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Copilot, and the Power Platform solutions. You’ll partner with clients to understand challenges, simplify complexity, and deliver practical improvements that genuinely change how people work.

You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement intranets and collaboration tools, and drive adoption of Copilot and related capabilities while helping clients build long-term

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies including SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Background in Modern Workplace consulting, systems analysis, or Microsoft 365 administration/support.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
• Experience with SharePoint environments, intranets, or content management solutions.
• Familiarity with Power Platform is a plus.
• Exposure to Copilot or AI-enabled workplace solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of deliverables while communicating risks and opportunities.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Modern Work Systems Analyst who combines technical expertise with curiosity and a strong drive to deliver meaningful outcomes. In this role, you’ll design and deliver modern workplace solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Copilot, and the Power Platform. You’ll partner closely with clients to understand their challenges, simplify complexity, and deliver solutions that genuinely improve how people work.

Success in this role requires someone who is ready to learn, grow, and continuously improve both their own skills and the outcomes they deliver for clients. They should be highly collaborative, open to feedback, willing to listen, and focused on achieving shared success. Above all, they bring enthusiasm for solving problems and enjoy working with others, balancing strong technical depth with a solid understanding of business needs.
