Job summary

Greenhouse Software is seeking a Manager, Security Engineering to lead Product and Corporate Security strategies and roadmaps. You will manage a team of security engineers, drive secure-by-default product initiatives, and advance AI-enabled security workflows across assessments, triage, patching, and response.

You will partner with Engineering, IT, Legal, and Compliance to raise security posture, implement modern IAM, and ensure responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Significant security engineering leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and roadmap development for Product and Corporate Security teams.
• Build an AI-native security engineering team and expand AI-enabled workflows across security processes.
• Strengthen the Security Partner model and help product/engineering build secure-by-default products.
• Improve vulnerability management, pen testing, bug bounty operations, and incident response.
• Lead Corporate Security initiatives across IAM, endpoints, email, and business systems.
• Establish responsible AI practices including data handling and oversight.
• Create repeatable processes and self-service capabilities for secure decisions.
• Set goals, rhythms, and measures of success for both teams.
• Coach and mentor engineers and foster ownership and inclusion.
• Represent Security Engineering to R&D, IT, Legal, Compliance and leadership.
