Responsibilities

• Lead national advisor channel sales strategy and execution, delivering growth and market share.
• Own advisor and client retention outcomes and escalation of significant issues.
• Establish and lead the service strategy, ensuring a scalable, differentiated experience.
• Provide executive sponsorship for key advisor firms and strategic distribution partners.
• Represent Manulife at industry events and shape strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Member Outcomes, Operations, and Finance to align priorities.
