Canada Life is seeking a Manager, Opportunity Development (Retirement & Savings) to expand member access to advice, education and planning across Canada Life's Workplace Retirement Services. You will partner with WRS teams, sponsorships and client relationships to drive growth and participation.

You will develop access strategies, measure program penetration and support cross-functional collaboration at national levels. Fluency in English, with French as an asset, may apply in Quebec.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience driving business growth, relationship management, opportunity generation or business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies that increase member access to Savings & Retirement programs.
• Identify opportunities and activate programs to boost participation across Workplace Retirement Services.
• Influence access decisions by partnering with WRS Business Development teams and Client Relationship Executives.
