About Us: Copper River Inn is a premier hospitality destination known for its exceptional guest experience and top-quality dining. We’re looking for a dedicated and passionate cook to join our restaurant kitchen team and help create memorable meals for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook meals according to hotel restaurant recipes and standards
  2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  3. Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
  4. Work efficiently under pressure during high-volume service times
  5. Collaborate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operation
  6. Monitor food inventory and assist in stock management
  7. Contribute to menu planning and specials (if applicable)

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a cook or line cook in a hotel or restaurant setting
  2. Knowledge of various cooking methods and kitchen equipment
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  4. Strong attention to detail and presentation
  5. Team player with a positive attitude
  6. Culinary training or certification (preferred but not required)
