Job summary

Matoi sushi in Coquitlam, BC is seeking a head chef to lead sushi and Japanese cuisine operations at our restaurant. The role requires strong leadership and at least five years of kitchen experience in a restaurant setting.

You will supervise kitchen staff, develop menus, train cooks and ensure high standards for quality and presentation. This on-site role includes evenings and weekends as needed.
