RONA in Ontario, Canada is seeking a Frontline Supervisor to lead front-line teams and ensure excellent customer service. You will oversee cash handling, register coverage, and store operations while promoting company programs and delivering a positive shopping experience.

The role emphasizes training new associates and maintaining service standards in a busy retail environment. Prior retail supervisory experience is valued, with a focus on communication and attention to detail.

Qualificações

• 1 year of retail experience.
• 1 year of experience in team supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards are maintained.
• Oversee register coverage and store supply usage.
• Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing issues.
• Understand, train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising).
• Train and mentor new associates.
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
