Job summary

RONA in Whitby is seeking a store supervisor to lead frontend teams and ensure top-quality customer service across daily operations. You will guide cash handling, checkout coverage and store processes to keep the sales floor efficient and welcoming.

Your role:

• Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards are being maintained
• Oversee register coverage and store supply usage
• Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing any issues
• Understand, train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising)
• Train and mentor new associates
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

What we're looking for:

• 1 year of retail experience
• 1 year of experience in team supervision
• Strong attention to details
