RONA is seeking a Frontline Supervisor to oversee front-end staff and ensure a high standard of customer service at our Lanaudière location. You will manage register coverage, monitor store supplies, and assist customers with issues while upholding company programs and training new associates.

Ideal candidates will have retail and supervisory experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to a safe, inclusive work environment.

• Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards are met.
• Oversee register coverage and store supply usage.
• Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing issues.
• Train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising).
• Train and mentor new associates.
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
