RONA in Rosemère, Quebec is seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor to lead front-line teams and uphold service standards. You will supervise cash handling, oversee register coverage, and mentor staff in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Formación

• 1 year of retail experience
• 1 year of experience in team supervision
• Strong problem solving skills

Responsabilidades

• Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards
• Oversee register coverage and store supply usage
• Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Understand, train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising)
• Train and mentor new associates
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

Your role:
