Job summary

Coeur Mining's Rainy River operation seeks a Haulage Miner to support surface mining activities. You will operate heavy equipment safely, perform pre-operational checks, and assist in transporting ore and waste while maintaining logs and coordinating with supervisors.

No prior experience is required as on-the-job training is provided. Preference will be given to residents of the Rainy River District; camp accommodations are not provided, and a strong safety mindset is essential for daily

Qualifications

• 1 year operating machinery is an asset.
• Heavy Equipment Operator Training is desirable.
• Ontario Common Core Training is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Operate mining equipment safely and efficiently according to SOPs.
• Perform pre-operational checks, cleaning, lubrication and refills.
• Operate haul truck to transport overburden, waste and ore.
• Maintain equipment logs and communicate with dispatch.
