Meadow Lake Coop is hiring a Hardware Sales Manager at our Service Center location in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. Co‑op does business differently. Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and secure the store location and property.
• Drive sales growth to improve profitability.
• Provide recommendations for major maintenance repairs, expense items and ensure proper housekeeping is maintained.
• Adhere to brand and merchandising standards.
• Procure merchandise, maintain ordering schedules and inventory control.
• In coordination with the Farm Sales Manager, prepare, administer and achieve budgeted goals and operating budgets.
• Review sales and productivity reports and operating statements.
• Ensure company procedures are followed.
• Lead the team, including recruitment, goal setting, performance management and training and development.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver solutions.
• Actively engage in programs aimed at promoting good customer relations, increasing sales and continually strive to improve the store's customer experience.
• Schedule team members.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous retail supervisory experience; education and experience may be considered.
