Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to company policies.
• Maintain shelf and display stock and organize goods for sale to meet standards.
• Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning bins, shelving, sweeping floors, and keeping traffic areas clear.
• Pumping gas/diesel, cleaning windows, and checking oil.
• May assist in tire shop with hydraulic hoses and tire repairs.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible to provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including collaborating with the Ag Team to meet established productivity standards.
• Maintain shelf and display stock and organize all goods intended for sale to meet established standards.
• Performs general housekeeping duties including cleaning bins, shelving, shoveling, equipment, removal of garbage, sweeping floors, and ensuring all traffic areas are kept clear.
• Pump Gas/Diesel, clean windows, and check oil.
• May assist in the tire shop with hydraulic hoses and tire repairs.
• Other duties as assigned.
