ODW Logistics is seeking an Operations Lead to direct distribution center logistics, supervise warehousing teams, and ensure inventory accuracy. The role includes managing inbound/outbound documentation, reporting, and coordinating with Transportation and Management to meet safety, productivity, and quality goals.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 1 year of Operations Lead experience in a DC, 2 years forklift experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of Operations Lead experience in a distribution center required.
• 2 years of forklift experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Warehouse Management System experience required.
• Hands-on leader able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Directs warehousing team to achieve safety, productivity, and quality goals.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and salability by following SOPs and cycle counts.
• Runs reports to optimize building capacity and efficiency.
• Completes inbound/outbound documentation.
• Operates and coordinates use of warehouse management and timekeeping systems.
• Communicates operational issues to supervisors and other departments.
• Supports safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.
