Job summary

Responsibilities

Assist with coordinating and managing the project design and procurement process, including detailed meeting minutes and follow-up on open items.
Review RFP documentation, drawings/diagrams, and specifications for key project requirements.
Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders using PM4+ for RFIs and submittals.
Assist with material take-offs, quantity optimization, pricing recaps, and develop standard Solar templates.
Develop and maintain PM4+ procurement dashboards; draft purchase orders and coordinate with estimators and schedulers.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
Develop and maintain strong customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.
