Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating and managing the project design and procurement process, including detailed meeting minutes and follow-up on open items.
• Review RFP documentation, drawings/diagrams, and specifications for key project requirements.
• Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders using PM4+ for RFIs and submittals.
• Assist with material take-offs, quantity optimization, pricing recaps, and develop standard Solar templates.
• Develop and maintain PM4+ procurement dashboards; draft purchase orders and coordinate with estimators and schedulers.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain strong customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.

We are seeking a Procurement Student, for our Solar District that is available for 8-16 months starting September 2026.

Responsibilities

As a Procurement Student and depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:

• Assisting with coordinating and managing the project design and procurement process which includes taking detailed meeting minutes and following up on open items.
• Assisting with review of RFP documentation, drawings/diagrams, and specifications for key project requirements.
• Facilitating communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders by utilizing PM4+ to send RFIs and submittals.
• Assist projects with material take-offs, quantity optimization, and pricing compilation and recaps. Streamlining project processes by developing procurement operating practices and converting excel tools into standard Solar templates.
• Supporting project success by developing and maintaining PM4+ procurement dashboards for projects. Draft purchase orders and coordinate with estimators and schedulers to ensure compliance with project budgets and expected delivery dates.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Developing and maintaining strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficient in various computer software programs, including AutoCad, word processing, and spreadsheet applications (Excel)
• Familiarity with PM4+ and Power BI is a plus.

The estimated salary range for this role is $21.37- $31.34, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
