IS2 Workforce Solutions is seeking a Production Assembly & Packaging Associate in Woodstock, Canada. The role involves preparing, assembling, packaging, and moving finished products in a busy manufacturing environment.

The position is physical and repetitive, suited for someone who stays active and works with their hands. No extensive manufacturing experience is required, but a strong work ethic and basic tool use are important.

Qualifications

• Comfort with physical work throughout the shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Willing to learn pneumatic/air-powered tools.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Previous manufacturing/assembly/packaging experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble product components using hand tools and air-powered tools.
• Fasten parts using nuts, bolts, and washers.
• Prepare finished products for packaging and shipment.
• Build and close cardboard packaging using tape, staples, or other packaging materials.
• Apply labels, decals, and other product markings accurately.
• Stack and organize finished products on skids.
• Move materials and completed products throughout the work area.
• Check completed work to ensure products are assembled and packaged correctly.
• Follow production instructions and complete work within timelines.
• Keep workstation organized and free of safety hazards.
• Assist with other general production duties as needed.
