Job summary

Adecco is hiring Production Workers for full-time temporary opportunities in Smiths Falls, ON. You will package, label, and box products and perform material handling in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

No manufacturing experience is required. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and thrive in a team environment. Pay rate is $17.60/hour with weekly pay and opportunities for benefits after qualification.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible.
• Safety shoes required.
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and box finished products.
• Perform material handling and product movement as required.
• Complete production reports and documentation accurately.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Work safely around manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures.
• Support multiple production departments as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Contribute to quality, productivity, and waste reduction initiatives.
