Responsibilities

• Assemble product components using hand tools and air-powered tools.
• Fasten parts using nuts, bolts, and washers.
• Prepare finished products for packaging and shipment.
• Build and close cardboard packaging using tape, staples, or other packaging materials.
• Apply labels, decals, and other product markings accurately.
• Stack and organize finished products on skids.
• Move materials and completed products throughout the work area.
• Check completed work to ensure products are assembled and packaged correctly.
• Follow production instructions and complete work within timelines.
• Keep workstation organized and free of safety hazards.
• Assist with other general production duties as needed.

We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Production Assembly & Packaging Associate to join a busy manufacturing team.

In this position, you will help prepare, assemble, package, and move finished products throughout the production process. The work is physical and repetitive at times, so this role is best suited for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and keeping pace in a production environment.

You do not need extensive manufacturing experience to be successful in this role. A strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and comfort using basic tools are more important.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assembling product components using hand tools and air-powered tools
• Fastening parts using hardware such as nuts, bolts, and washers
• Preparing finished products for packaging and shipment
• Building and closing cardboard packaging using tape, staples, or other packaging materials
• Applying labels, decals, and other product markings accurately
• Stacking and organizing finished products on skids
• Moving materials and completed products throughout the work area
• Checking completed work to ensure products are assembled and packaged correctly
• Following production instructions and completing work within expected timelines
• Keeping your workstation organized and free of safety hazards
• Assisting with other general production duties as needed
