Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a dependable Production Helper to support the production team in a manufacturing environment in Neenah, WI. This role involves assisting with machine operations, loading materials, and maintaining a safe, efficient work area.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable using basic hand tools, able to lift up to 50 lbs., and eager to learn multiple machine operations. Hours: 5am-5pm M-TH, 5am-1pm Fri.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous manufacturing/production experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn basic machine operations.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished products into boxes and prepare them for shipment.
• Palletize finished products and maintain an organized work area.
• Feed materials into production machines.
• Assist machine operators with daily production needs.
• Learn basic machine functions, including changing tape and filling glue pots.
• Assist with resolving minor shrink or production issues.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Learn additional machine operations and responsibilities as training is provided.
