IQ Resource Group is hiring a Warehouse Specialist in Neenah, WI. This role involves loading and unloading products, picking and packing orders, labeling, quality checking, and preparing shipments. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

7am - 3pm (Monday-Friday)

Position Overview

The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders and ensuring shipments are completed within expected timeframes. Strong attention to detail is important, along with the ability to learn new processes, follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and adjust to changing work assignments as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Load and unload finished and unfinished products manually or using material-handling equipment.
• Receive incoming products, verify labels, and organize materials for proper storage or distribution.
• Pick, prepare, and package components, samples, printed materials, displays, and other items according to order requirements.
• Review work orders and documentation to ensure customer requests are completed accurately and on time.
• Track incoming materials, outgoing shipments, returns, and order completion throughout the fulfillment process.
• Count, label, stack, and package products accurately for shipment.
• Prepare shipments using boxes, envelopes, packing materials, scales, postage equipment, and other shipping supplies.
• Operate labeling and other basic packaging equipment as needed.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy, separate damaged or defective items, and return acceptable products to inventory.
• Process documentation for incoming returns and ensure returned products are handled appropriately.
• Perform quality checks on completed orders and assist with reviewing other employees' work to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Work additional hours or overtime when needed to meet production and customer deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
