Job summary

IQ Resource Group is seeking a Weekend Equipment Operator in Neenah, WI to support production operations on a short weekend schedule with 3-4 days off per week. The role involves operating production equipment, preparing materials, and ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience with saws, CNC machinery, crimpers, and forklifts, plus the ability to read technical instructions and lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production equipment such as saws, crimpers, CNC machinery, and forklifts.
• Willingness to learn new processes and follow established procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, drawings, and documentation.
• Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.
• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately use tape measures and digital calipers.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Perform production operations which may include saw operation, CNC bending, brazing, and related tasks.
• Prepare and assemble materials for assigned parts in accordance with production schedules and work instructions.
• Accurately complete inspection records and required production documentation.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment while following all safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Adhere to all quality standards, inspection requirements, and work instructions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals, customer requirements, and delivery deadlines.
• Identify product or process nonconformances and follow established ISO procedures to resolve and document issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and demonstrate compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Cross-train in multiple production areas as needed to support workflow and coverage.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
