WEEKEND PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – NEENAH, WI
IQ Resource Group is currently recruiting for a Weekend Production Supervisor in Neenah, WI. This is a great opportunity for an experienced manufacturing leader who enjoys being hands-on, developing employees, and keeping production running safely and efficiently.
Position: Weekend Production Supervisor
Location: Neenah, WI
Wage: $28-$31
Hours: Weekend Shift: 5:00am to 5:00pm Fri/Sat/Sun & every other Thursday
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support production employees throughout the weekend shift.
- Assign work, set daily priorities, and monitor production progress.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Coach, train, and provide feedback to employees to help improve performance.
- Address safety, quality, equipment, and production concerns as they arise.
- Monitor equipment and communicate maintenance needs or potential improvements to management.
- Help identify ways to improve workflow, productivity, and overall efficiency.
- Review completed work for accuracy and address quality issues or nonconforming products.
- Maintain required production and safety documentation.
- Reinforce company safety procedures and provide safety guidance to team members.
- Communicate production results, staffing concerns, and improvement opportunities to management.
- Assist with planning and coordinating staffing and production needs.
- Step in wherever needed to help keep the operation moving.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of manufacturing or industrial experience.
- Previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience required.
- Comfortable working around production equipment such as saws, crimpers, forklifts, and CNC machinery.
- Ability to understand production processes, quality requirements, and workplace safety standards.
- Basic computer skills; experience with an ERP system is helpful.
- Ability to read work instructions, measurements, and technical documents.
- Comfortable using a tape measure and digital calipers.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to give clear direction and constructive feedback.
- Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and stay organized in a fast-paced production environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Forklift certification or willingness to complete company training.
- CPR/First Aid/BBP training is a plus.
