You’ll Be Responsible For

• Coordinating MEP design delivery, resolving technical issues and managing programme, safety, quality and cost for assigned systems.
• Collaborating with subcontractors and stakeholders, managing interfaces and maintaining strong client and design relationships.
• Identifying risks, implementing mitigation and drive modern methods of construction, digital adoption and continuous improvement.
• Applying Mace standards and support net‑zero objectives through proactive carbon management.

You’ll Need To Have

• Completed technical apprenticeship with relevant BTEC/HNC and valid CSCS/SMSTS certifications.
• Strong mechanical engineering expertise with working knowledge of electrical systems.
• Proficient in construction sequencing, commercial control, planning and safe delivery.
• Skilled in QA, commissioning, digital engineering and modern construction methods.

The estimated salary for this position is $130,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
