Job summary

Dermalogica Canada is seeking a Business Consultant to support the Atlantic provinces from the greater Halifax area. You will grow the Dermalogica client base by developing tailored business plans, visiting accounts, and executing promotions and product launches.

You will travel extensively (75% by car) to service accounts, participate in trade shows, and maintain strong relationships with clients while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Two years of field B2B sales experience in skin care or similar industry.
• Valid driver's license and own a car; travel required.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and meet sales targets in the region by executing strategic sales plans to grow and support accounts.
• 75% daily travel by car; overnights monthly for accounts outside driving distance; interprovincial travel.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for new account openings and revenue growth.
• Create actionable business plans with accounts using sell-through data.
• Implement and support new promotions and product launches.
• Support customers with merchandising display for maximum product exposure.
• Maintain organised routing of accounts with up-to-date appointments.
• Participate in and support educational programs and trade shows.
