Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is an asset.
• 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in consumer packaged goods, skincare, beauty, retail, e-commerce, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of business operations, sales, marketing, and strategic planning.
• Experience with retailers, distributors, brokers, or national retail partners is beneficial.
• Experience with inventory management, forecasting, supply chain, and logistics.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, pricing, forecasts, and metrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales within existing clinic partners through visits, education, and relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to expand into new clinics, physician practices, retailers, and strategic partners.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, nurses, clinic managers, and retail staff; conduct product presentations.
• Represent Rejuvenation at conferences, networking events, and educational meetings.
• Lead special projects and manage a weekly schedule to maximize business impact.
