Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment (professional or personal).
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking seafood dishes with precision and care, including fish cutting, processing, portioning, and presentation.
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and quality control.
• Operating knives, saws, and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knife sharpening and basic equipment maintenance.
• Supporting prep, plating, and service during busy periods while ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and a collaborative work environment.
• Bringing creativity, consistency, and attention to detail to every dish.
