Job summary

Inn on the Lake is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join the kitchen team. You will prep, cook and plate both hot and cold dishes, ensuring high quality and presentation. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain a smooth service.

The role requires motivation, creativity and teamwork. Training and opportunities to contribute to weekly specials are available as part of a collaborative kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred.
• Good knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable and flexible to mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Some culinary training and line cook experience are preferred.
