General Accountabilities

• Provide quality haircuts and chemical services (color, perms, highlights, etc.).
• Educate and recommend hair products to customers.
• Evaluate performance and service provided by all stylists.
• Perform technical adjustments.
• Maintain and count retail product inventory.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is delivered.
• Perform opening / closing procedures as applicable.

Job Qualifications

• Education : Successful completion of cosmetology curriculum.
• Secondary education required.
• Experience : 2+ years of management experience or 5+ years of experience as a stylist.
• Licenses / Certifications : valid Ontario Cosmetology License.
• Intermediate computer skills and use of email are a must.
