Job summary

Fit4Less in Edmonton, Canada, is seeking a Host to deliver friendly customer and membership services while keeping the club clean and safe. You will greet members, assist with memberships, and educate on automated and virtual options, ensuring a welcoming, efficient experience on the workout floor.

Qualifications

High School diploma or working toward completion.
1 year teamwork and/or volunteer experience.
Verbal communication skills.
Written communication skills.
WHMIS certification.
First Aid, CPR-A & AED certification.

Responsibilities

Perform cleanliness tasks to ensure club safety and standards.
Provide friendly customer interaction on the workout floor.
Assist with memberships and educate on automated/virtual options.
Welcome members and guests, answer questions and promote memberships.
Report incidents or deficiencies using standard guidelines.
Support manager with customer service and escalation processes.
