Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience in a sales or service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• A Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary customer service every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by identifying and evaluating customers’ needs, and making product recommendations based off of this analysis.
• Knowledge of various makes and models of firearms and scopes, and an understanding of hunting and related activities.
• Promote Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s programs, including In-store surveys and In-Store Pick-Up.
• Ensure visual presentation standards are met through upkeep and maintenance, including signage, restocking, remerchandising, dusting, and cleaning sales floor.
• Respond to customer issues with good judgment and problem-solving within the job scope.
• Demonstrate passion for the outdoors by staying informed on trends and technologies related to outdoor lifestyle.
• Assist in other areas of the store when needed.
