Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Canada seeks an experienced Guidewire Lead to drive Claim Center and Policy Center implementations for large-scale P&C projects. You will lead on-site and offshore teams, direct solution design and integrations, and mentor developers while engaging with clients.

The role demands 15+ years IT experience with 8+ years Guidewire, plus deep Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP, and cloud expertise within insurance processes.

Qualifications

• Strong integration experience including REST, SOAP, and MuleSoft.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Lead with strong expertise in Guidewire Claim Center and Policy Center for large-scale P&C Insurance implementations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in leading development teams, solution design, integrations, and client-facing engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Guidewire Claim Center and Policy Center implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Drive technical design, architecture, and code reviews.
• Lead onsite/offshore teams and collaborate with business stakeholders.
• Manage Guidewire upgrades, integrations, and production support activities.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years of Guidewire experience.
• GOSU, PCF, Rules, Data Model, Workflows
• Extensive integration experience using:
• REST APIs
• SOAP Web Services
• MuleSoft / Integration Platforms
• Kafka/Event-based Integrations (preferred)
• Strong Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, SQL, and Cloud experience.
• Deep understanding of P&C Insurance business processes.

Preferred

• Experience with Guidewire Cloud and Billing Center is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Full-time: The pay range for this role is CAD140k – CAD180k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law).
